Definitions
The purpose of this clause is to define the different essential terms of the contract:
– User: This term refers to any person who uses the site or any of the services offered by the
site.
– User content: this is the data transmitted by the User on the site.
– Member: The User becomes a member when they are identified on the site.
– Email and password: this is all the information required to identify a User on the site. The
User’s email address and password allow them to access services reserved for website
members. The password is confidential.
Access to the services
The site is accessible free of charge in any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred

Depending on the case: Users who are not members do not have access to the services reserved for

content put online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put online any
content that could harm the interests of third parties. The User shall take responsibility for any legal
action taken by an injured third party against the site. The User’s content may be removed or
modified by the site at any time and for any reason. The User will not receive any justification or
notification prior to the deletion or modification of User content.
Liability and force majeure
The sources of the information published on the website are deemed reliable. However, the site
reserves the right to not guarantee source reliability. The information given on the site is for

and content on this site. The User is responsible for keeping their password secret. Any disclosure of

The site declines all responsibility. The site must be compensated for

lead to do not engage the responsibility of the website owner who has no control over these links.

Evolution of the contract
We reserve the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time. The duration of this
contract is not limited. The contract is effective for the User from their first use of the service.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the event of a failure to reach an amicable settlement of a
dispute between the parties, the courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
